On this podcast I spoke with Nisha Kharé, a very impressive woman who came from the small town of Prince George with her 4.0 GPA to take on the counselling profession in Vancouver. She has a ton of experience in mental health and trauma related stress and dysfunction. Today she works with her husband at the Human Biography and also works with the Stigma Free Society, who advocates for the normalizing of mental health issue within our mindset and culture.
