On the podcast I chatted with Paul about growing up in a privileged school in Africa to then his culture shock coming back to Canada at age 17. We talked about his early days as an urban planner and how he learned how to run his company by doing what others didn't do. He travelled to Havana and photographed interesting faces in his studio as he fell in love with the city. His company is Ekistics and he has written a book of the theory of new urbanism.
